Its main operation is based in Knowsley Business Park, near Liverpool in England. At its 12 acre facility, the organisation has a number of major commercial projects, the main one being using fermentation technology on micro algae (Single Cell Oil organism) which when processed, produced an Omega-3 lipid. The product has a variety of applications including the food ingredient sector, animal food, pharmaceutical, and many more.
